We are a local business, in astable industry, and we are looking for the right person to join our dedicated team.
This position will assist with accounts payable/receivable, data entry, records management, backing up phones on a multi-line phone system, and general administrative duties.
Strong attention to detail and customer service are a requirement, property management experience is a plus.
Applicant should be strong in both written and verbal skills, capable of working on their own, and as a part of the team.
We are looking for someone who is punctual, dependable, professional, yet has a good sense of humor and positive attitude! Required
Qualifications:
Excellent attention to detail, problem solving, and organizational skills Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook Ability to switch and prioritize tasks Willingness to take initiative and self-motivate Professional appearance Must be willing to undergo background check We are willing to train the right candidate.
