Duties and
Responsibilities:
As a Client Service Associate, your main task will be to offer unparalleled client service, facilitating smooth communication, scheduling, and confirmation of client appointments.
Your administrative duties will range from responding to client and advisor inquiries regarding account management to preparing paperwork for new accounts and maintaining existing ones.
Furthermore, you will be responsible for updating client information in our CRM and other systems, as well as organizing and keeping track of both physical and digital client files.
What We Look For:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, general computer skills, and familiarity with office technology.
Experience with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, desired but not required.
A keen eye for detail, strong problem-solving capabilities, and a commitment to accuracy.
Knowledge or background in the Finance, Banking, or Wealth Management sectors is advantageous.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
