Modern equipment Positive Environment Engaging Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher / Form Setter to join our team.
Foundations and flatwork are our main business.
Abilitiy to operate excavators and skidsteers is a plus.
Willing to train for some duties.
Must have a valid drivers license.
Duties - Prepare concrete surfaces for finishing by cleaning, leveling, and removing debris - Set up and dismantle concrete forms - Pour and spread concrete using hand tools or power equipment - Smooth and finish surfaces using trowels, screeds, or power floats - Apply curing compounds or sealants to protect concrete surfaces - Repair damaged concrete surfaces as needed - Follow blueprints or specifications to ensure accurate placement and finishing of concrete - Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time and according to specifications Skills - Mechanical knowledge to operate and maintain concrete finishing equipment - Experience with concrete pumping techniques - Ability to read and interpret schematics or blueprints related to concrete forming and finishing - Proficiency in using power tools such as grinders, saws, or drills - Proficient in using hand tools for concrete finishing tasks - Understanding of proper installation methods for different types of concrete finishes - Ability to read and understand blueprint drawings related to concrete forming and finishing If you have experience in the field of concrete finishing and possess the necessary skills, we invite you to apply for this position.
