We are a Gig Harbor Marketing and Signage Company looking for a new installer to join our 6-person team.
The business is fun and has a continuous stream of projects that require fresh, creative ideas.
Seeking an installer / fabricator to finish projects for our clients and bring their brands to life.
You will be involved in all areas of production, including the final installation.
Responsibilities:
-Perform independent signage installation and fabrication duties as assigned -Successfully organize, coordinate and direct installation and other onsite work of subcontractors -Note installation-related concerns and discuss them with Operations Manager - Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of projects - Maintain a clean and organized work area - Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols at all times Requirements:
- At minimum posses High School Diploma or equivalent.
(Required) - Possess a valid Washington Driver's License.
(Required) - Experience as a Sign Installer or similar role.
(Required) - Excellent communication skills, including ability with customer service and client interaction.
- Proficient in reading construction plans and technical drawings - Skilled in operating various tools and equipment used in light manufacturing and fabrication - Ability to perform precise measurements and calculations - Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity - Strong problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Note:
