We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Production Assistant to join our team.
As a Production Assistant, you will play a crucial role in assisting with the design and decoration of products.
This is a hands-on position that requires creativity, organization and the ability to use various heating & sewing tools, computer and work well with others.
If you have experience in embellishing, working with heat presses, crystal design work, sewing or embroidery and possess strong organizational skills, we encourage you to apply.
Duties:
- Assist with the assembly and fabrication of products according to specifications - Use hand tools and heat press to complete tasks - Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment - Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet standards - Assist with inventory management, including counting and organizing materials
Experience:
- Previous experience in crystal application or with design software preferred, but if you are a quick learner - we can train you! - Familiarity with assembling and fabricating products is a plus - Proficiency in sewing, orgnanization, design would be amazing Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately - Excellent organizational skills to manage tasks efficiently - Good communication skills to collaborate with team members - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines Please note that this is not an exhaustive list of duties, responsibilities, or skills required for this position.
