Responsibilities:
- Prepare and execute high-quality hibachi-style meals in an entertaining and engaging manner.
- Deliver an exceptional dining experience by engaging with guests, personalizing their meals, and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service and a positive work environment.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards at your cooking station and assist in kitchen duties as needed.
- Participate in menu development and offer creative input for special events and promotions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Hibachi Chef with a strong track record of customer satisfaction.
- Excellent knife and food preparation skills, with a flair for performance cooking.
- A positive, team-oriented attitude with the ability to work collaboratively.
- Availability to work primarily dinner shifts, with flexibility to cover lunches on weekends.
- Local candidates preferred, with a focus on our Gig Harbor, Renton, and Covington locations.
