We are currently seeking a Full-Time Hospice, Team Assistant for our busy hospice business office in Gig Harbor, WA.

Meet visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing, and announcing them appropriately.
Answering, screening, and forwarding phone calls, and receiving, and sorting daily mail.
Develops a cooperative relationship and communicates effectively and professionally with patients, families, co-workers, and referral sources.
Preparing IDT agendas, tracking Face-to-face schedules, staff and patient scheduling, reporting statistical data, ordering office supplies, and other office support functions as requested.
Assist the director with onboarding new employees.
Job Requirements:
High school degree or GED Home Health or Hospice experience is highly preferred but not required.
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite - Word/Excel/Outlook) Effective communication, positive attitude, and team player Excellent customer service skills and commitment to quality patient care Knowledge of medical terminology a plus Home health, Team Assistant, CNA, certified nursing assistant, office assistance, caregiver, hospice, age in place, senior living, independent living, bereavement, patient care, reception, assisted living, compassion, empathy.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
