Our company is looking for a dedicated Front office/Chiropractic Assistant to handle patient duties as well as general front office tasks.
When our patients walk into our office, we want them to find a friendly, smiling face and a helping hand.
The ideal candidate has excellent communication and multitasking skills, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic.
Receptionist/Chiropractic Assistant responsibilities Greet clients as soon as they arrive and connect them with the appropriate party Answer the phone in a timely manner and direct calls to the correct offices Create and manage both digital and hard copy filing systems for all patients Assisting the chiropractor with patient intakes by putting the systems reviews in the patient chart notes Chiropractic Assistant/Receptionist/ skills High school diploma accepted with some college or equivalent experience 2
years experience as a receptionist Knowledge of spreadsheets and word processing documents Ability to create and organize filing systems Exceptional customer service skills and professional phone manner Experience with Electronic Health Records will make this transition easier, but not necessary Good math skills Exceptional writing skills Typing speed of at least 70 WPM Overachieving attitude and enhanced work ethic Pay:
$15-$16 dollars an Hour Principals only.
