SCRIBE A PLUS Essential responsibilities require the ability to triage and assess patients; strong interpersonal skills; basic knowledge of nursing; the ability to solve problems; excellent technical skills; time management skills, excellent communication skills; be multi-task oriented and work at a fast pace; and the ability to be flexible and operate as a member of a team.
Dermatology experience preferred but not a must, willing to travel between our Silverdale and Gig Harbor clinics.
Certified Medical Assistant functions include:
reviewing charts; prepping patients for in office procedures and/or surgery; removing sutures; assisting with surgical procedures; preparing for cosmetic injections; making sure tissue pathology is sent to the correct lab and order and interpret lab test and/or results; ordering supplies; prepping patients for laser treatments; on-line e-scribing; prescription refills and logging pathology results.
Administrative functions include:
completing appropriate forms and treatment instructions for patients; educate patients regarding their prescribed pre and post-operative treatment; Maintain proper upkeep and cleanliness of exam rooms; handle patient phone calls regarding questions and concerns; and abide by the patient confidentiality policy.
Full time 4-10's, no weekends.
