Responsibilities:
Greet customers with enthusiasm and professionalism.
Assist customers in finding a storage space that will fit their needs.
Oversee and coordinate all transactions with customers on-site, through phone and email, coverage for multiple facilities at times.
Coordinate with Facility Manager and Vendors.
On-Call/Emergency coverage - occasionally Maintain appropriate and professional phone etiquette with customers.
Answer phone calls while multi-tasking with computers or other duties.
Performs at a high level without constant supervision, but also thrives in a team environment.
Willing to take on new tasks with an upbeat attitude and professionalism.
Maintain weekly and monthly reports using Microsoft Word, Excel, Windows programs, and Email.
Maintain property appearance by preforming maintenance duties:
cleaning and sweeping units, picking up trash, scheduling repairs.
Handle customer inquiries or problems in a courteous, professional, and timely manner.
Meet sales goals for insurance, and rentals and maximize sales objectives.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Marketing and building community relationships.

Skills required:
computer knowledge, willing to work some weekends and some holidays, ability to handle all-weather, clean driving, and criminal record.
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
Office management experience preferred with Microsoft Suite knowledge.
Flexible schedule is preferred for emergency coverage.
Reliable transportation required.
