Some (minimum of 2 years) management experience required, preferably in food service.
Food service experience must be in your background.
Must be fully flexible (or close to) for scheduling including weekends Reliable transportation Ability to multitask
Responsibilities:
Working as part of a team Completing administrative paperwork accurately Cash reconciliation and deposits Managing labor on each shift Assisting with inventory as needed Basic troubleshooting of equipment and communicating issues/needs Proactively developing crew members including training, coaching and leading Goal Groups Utilizing Progressive Discipline practices and coaching crew members whenever necessary Maintaining security of the store at all times Ensuring that food product quality, customer service and cleanliness are up to or exceeding standards at all times We are a family restaurant with a very positive work environment.
