Free Parking Monday - Friday, 8 am to 5 pm Business Casual Office Setting $20 - $25 / DOE As an Administrative Assistant, you will work with various team members across all of Careage's operating entities.
This position will work out of the corporate office providing administrative support, recruiting, and scheduling assistance, plus other office or accounting activities as requested.
Summary of Duties and Responsibilities Administrative Support Greet and welcome guests as they arrive.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.
g.
pens, forms and brochures).
Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
Assist with other office duties as assigned.
Recruiting & Staffing Support Assist with importing candidates into the applicant tracking system.
Assist with the onboarding and pre-employment needs for Senior Management Services Agency Staffing.
Assist with the daily, weekly, and monthly scheduling needs of Senior Management Services Agency Staffing, including but not limited to updating the scheduling platform, importing new employees, and coordinating orientation with facilities.
Assist with other recruiting/staffing support duties as assigned.
Requirements High school Diploma or Equivalent; Associate's Degree in Business, or equivalent experience is preferred.
Minimum (2 or 3) years of previous administrative/office experience is required.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
