We are currently seeking an experienced Assistant Property Manager for our beautiful property, Bracera Apartments.
Job Requirements Like residents who have a choice where to live, we know you have a choice where to invest your time and talents.
If you have a great work ethic, are goal oriented, can facilitate teamwork, manage and account for finances, can resolve conflict efficiently and can create and implement effective marketing campaigns, then your talents are what we need.
Working with a small but effective team to provide a great leasing experience and continue fostering exceptional customer service is a must for all of our team members.
Our Assistant Property Managers should be computer literate, with Yardi & Rent Cafe experience a plus, have a least 2 years property management experience (multifamily, on-site preferred), have a high school diploma (or equivalent), able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
You must be able to pass a drug screening and background check to be considered for employment.
