Complete our award-winning paid training and have all the skills required to be responsible for the daily operation of your own pest control service route.
Follow an individual route schedule within your assigned territory, ensuring timely and safe arrival at each customers residence.
Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and discuss additional services to meet customer needs for a complete year-round pest management program.
Serve as the subject matter expert for your customers by implementing the most efficient and overall best pest solution for each customer's individual needs Utilize your handheld device to complete all required service-related documentation to leverage speed and accuracy.

Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the following job duties with or without accommodations:
Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc.
