A leading Memory Care organization is seeking a Health Service Director.

o You possess valid First Aid and CPR Certifications.
o You're an LPN/LVN/or RN with an unencumbered license to practice nursing in-state o You can track and implement all new associates, general and specific job training.
o You are truly caring and continually assess residents' needs in relation to associate training needs.
o You love organizing; professionalism, and you act on constructive feedback.
o You maintain a high confidentiality in the community, abiding with HIPAA laws.
o Respect Resident's Rights.
o You exude a positive attitude and work well with all people, particularly the elderly.
o You can operate well within department budgets.
o You cool headed in a crunch! o You can lift to 20 pounds and push up to 40 pounds.

o You are responsible for required shifts, evenings, weekends, overtime, and holidays.
