Full pay scale for similar positions is $22-$29.
We expect the starting wage will be between $25-26 per hour depending on experience.
Benefits:
Full time employees can enroll in our Medical and/or Dental Plan the 1st of the month after 60 days of employment.
The company pays $550.
00 towards the medical benefit, all other medical/dental costs are employee costs.
Employees will also receive 3.

67 (PT) hours per month of vacation the first year, 1 hour of sick pay for every 40 hours worked, and eight full day and two half day paid holidays throughout the calendar year (prorated for Part Time).

Summary:
Manages apartment communities for a property management firm by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Shows prospective tenants apartments and explains occupancy terms.
Informs prospective tenants of availability of nearby schools, shopping malls, recreational facilities, and public transportation.
Rents or leases apartments, collects security deposit as required, and completes lease form outlining conditions and terms of occupancy if lease required.
Collects rents due and issues receipts and does necessary banking.
Resolves tenant complaints concerning other tenants, visitors, and issues in regards to the community.
Arranges for other services such as trash collection, extermination, or carpet cleaning.
Perform work on weekends and evenings as needed to meet applicable deadlines.
Prepare lease renewals.
Other duties as assigned.

Education/
Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent skill level.
Certificates and Licenses:
Valid Washington State Driver's License and the ability to meet the Company's vehicle insurance requirement.
Language Skills:
Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, SOP's and instructions; write routine reports and correspondence; speak effectively before groups of customers.
Math Skills:
Calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages; apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Reasoning Ability:
Apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form; to deal with problems involving a several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Identifies problems, gathers information, and offers solutions.
Computer Skills:
Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and the ability to learn how to use the property management software.
