Ideal candidate will have outstanding telephone, secretarial, communication and computer skills.
Must be organized, multi-task oriented, energetic and possess a positive, professional attitude.
Minimum of two years customer service/telephone receptionist experience preferred.
This job is Monday-Friday 6am-4pm position with no weekend work! Education and
Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Two years minimum experience in a Customer Service.

Responsibilities:
Data Entry and Chart Administration Reach out to patients for updated information.
Schedules, reschedules, and cancels appointments as necessary.
Telephone and Greeting Answers telephone calls promptly (two rings).
Addresses the caller's concern.
Directs all calls to appropriate personnel.
Identifies emergency calls and schedules appropriately.
Triages emergency calls and RX requests.
Consistent Patient Follow-Up Patient Check-In Checks patients in, greeting everyone in a pleasant and professional manner.
Tracks patients in the reception area and communicate with them, as needed.
Enters all new patient demographic information into the computer.
Marks arrival time of patients in office and make sure that patients are seen on time.
Administrative Places telephone calls to patients to confirm upcoming appointments and verifies information required of the patient at the time of appointment.
Places telephone calls to no-show appointments; reschedules as needed.
Performs other duties as required by the ASC Manager Job Type:
