As a Client Service Associate with Raymond James, you will follow established procedures to perform standard tasks and resolve most questions and problems.
You will contact clients to obtain, clarify or provide facts and information as you project a professional image.
Job Responsibilities As a Client Service Associate with Raymond James, you will coordinate and perform a range of staff and operational support activities and help resolve routine administrative and operational problems.
Additional responsibilities of the Client Service Associate include:
Interact daily on the phone and in person with prospective and existing clients in order to handle basic inquiries.
Process and follow up on client documentation for proper maintenance of accounts.
Stay up to date with modern office management methods and techniques.
Operate standard office equipment and use required software applications.
Prepare letters, forms, and spreadsheets to assist with servicing existing clients.
Performing other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Job Requirements As a Client Service Associate with Raymond James, you must possess a professional and service-oriented demeanor with pleasant and business-appropriate phone manners.

You must have excellent verbal communication and organizational skills to prioritize and complete work efficiently.
You must also have effective problem-solving skills to resolve routine client questions.
Additional requirements for the Administrative Assistant include:
Minimum 1-year administrative and/or customer service experience.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite to produce professional documents.
Basic Mathematical abilities to gather data involved in preparing reports.
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and follow instructions and adhere to deadlines.
Ability to closely monitor details and ensure that reports, correspondence and forms are accurate.
Attendance is a major part of this position.
We are a small office and absenteeism without advance notice or excess absenteeism has a magnified effect on office workflow.
You will have paid time off that can be used for vacation/sick days.
Additional Information We are looking for someone to start working 30 hours per week.
Ideal schedule would be M-Th 8am-2pm and F 8am-1pm.
However, we are willing to be flexible on the start and end times depending on your situation.
